Project Manager
Dan is a seasoned construction professional with over three decades of industry experience, specializing in new construction and remodeling projects.
His career began with a successful ten-year stint as the owner and operator of his own construction business in New Jersey, where he honed his leadership and business acumen. Subsequently, Dan transitioned to the role of Project Superintendent at Eastern Construction and Electric, a Federal Construction company. In this capacity, he managed several multi-million-dollar projects at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (MDL) Air Force Base and collaborated with the Army Corps of Engineers.
Most recently, Dan spent seven years in Ocean City, focusing on high-quality home construction. This role involved close coordination with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients, ensuring exceptional build experiences and further solidifying his reputation for excellence in the field.
Throughout his career, Dan has consistently demonstrated expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance across various construction sectors, making him a valuable asset to the Shoreline Luxury Builders team.
